Well, this past week, Lily had her very first day of preschool.
She got a new back pack and a new lunch box and she was very excited. She woke up very early that morning and wanted me to do her hair just right. Lily had another first this summer, she learned to swim. She had the greatest swim teacher, Miss Lauren. She learned so quickly and now can swim all the way across the pool. She is growing up way too fast!
This is one of the first times she swam all by her self!

Such fun fun times. You're right Lil is growing up way to fast. It reminds me of that song from Mamma Mia! "sometimes I wish that I could freeze the picture and save it from the funny tricks of time." How lucky our family is to have a Lily that fills each corner of hearts with love.
I can't believe Lily is that old, where has the time gone!! She looks so adorable! I need you to do my hair, haha! Your mom is right about that song, slipping through my fingers.. before you know it you'll be doing her hair for her wedding and her crazy "Auntie Ash" will be wearing some crazy hat:)Miss ya and counting dowm the days for Christmas, you must spare some time for your movie buddies!!!!:)love ya always Ash!!!

Cutest pics of Lily! I love the classic first day of school pictures! Lily was one of my very best students I have ever had! I will never forget her bravery and how quickly she picked up swimming! Love you Lily!
